La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica vicino Capoliveri, la località più bella dell'isola. C'è una piscina che può essere liberamente utilizzata presso altro residence di loro proprietà. Sono presenti biancheria e stoviglie. Il personale, in particolare il signor Guido, molto disponibile e gentile a soddisfare ogni richiesta
