نظيفة وقريبة من الخدمات الاطلالة رائعة الدخول والخروج ذاتي توفر جميع مستلزمات الطبخ توفر ادوات النظافة من مناديل وأكياس ومستلزماتها بكمية كبيرة، موقف مجاني الاثاث جديد لم يأخذ تأمين، وجود شتر عازل للصوت والضوء
وجود غسالة الملابس خارج الشقة مشتركة، وسادات النوم غير مريحه
