It was quiet, wifi was fast and the bed was comfy.

The check-in experience was frustrating. Upon arriving at the main lobby, I was not informed in advance that I needed to scan a QR code and complete a lengthy registration form, including host information that I did not have. Fortunately, a security staff member stepped in and assisted us. He mentioned that other hosts typically send the QR code and instructions ahead of time so guests can complete the process before arrival. This would have saved us a great deal of time and inconvenience, especially since we arrived late at night. It also seemed that the host was not fully familiar with the building’s check-in procedures. I tried calling the host but her phone could not be reached. I was not able to use the wifi on my first night because I was not provided with the login. The cleanliness and condition of some items also need improvement. The shower curtain was old, dirty, and had an unpleasant odor, and should be replaced. The dishwashing sponge had a strong smell, similar to rotten kimchi. In addition, the portable water heater appeared to have significant limescale buildup, which affected the taste of the hot water and made it unpleasant to drink. Some amenities also require attention. The hairdryer was very old and barely functioning, and I was unable to figure out how to get the TV to work due to the lack of instructions.

It is very accessible to 7/11, laundry area and 24/7 availability of security personnel.
