Minimal 2 bedroom apt near the Athens Concert Hall

Το σπίτι είναι σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση, εξοπλισμένο φουλ και άνετο. Ανάλογα τις αναγκες σας η τοποθεσία είναι μια εξαιρετική (αν π.χ. θέλετε να επισκεφθείτε κάποιο νοσοκομείο στην γύρω περιοχή)

Προέκυψε ένα θέμα με την κράτηση - παρότι δίνω ελαφρυντικό ότι η κράτηση έγινε 4 ώρες πριν το τσεκ ιν- η επικοινωνία δεν ήταν και η καλύτερη. Έπειτα από αρνητική απάντηση για τσεκ ιν όσο το δυνατόν νωρίτερα επειδή καθαριζόταν το σπίτι (δεκτό & λογικό), το τσεκ ιν έγινε κανονικά στις 15.00. Δυστυχώς όμως αποδείχτηκε ότι το συνεργείο καθαρισμού δεν είχε μπει ποτέ, επειδή, όπως μας είπαν δεν πρόλαβαν να πάνε. Εμείς όμως δεν ενημερωθήκαμε ποτέ για αυτό και μπαίνοντας στο σπίτι το βρήκαμε όπως το άφησαν οι προηγούμενοι επισκέπτες! Όταν ενημερώσαμε εμείς για αυτό, ήρθε το συνεργείο και τελικά το τσεκ ιν έγινε στις 18.00μμ και αργότερα. Δυστυχώς ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν δέχτηκε ποτέ έστω να κάνει κάποια μερική επιστροφή χρημάτων για αυτή την μέρα σαν κίνηση καλής θελήσεως παρότι είχαν χαθεί αρκετές ώρες ξεκούρασης(η κράτηση έγινε για παράλληλη επίσκεψη σε κοντινό νοσοκομείο). Η booking.com από μόνη της καθώς κατάλαβαν ότι είχαμε 100% δίκιο μας έκαναν μια ελάχιστη επιστροφή τελείως συμβολικά.

Comfortable at an especially good location. Very quiet. The house temperature (aided by installed air-conditioning), the two double bedrooms, the great bathroom with wall-in shower, the full fridge, the separate dining room, and the big TV made it a great stay. Facing from the side road, the Athens concert hall, the walking distance to the X95 airport bus stop and the metro (underground train) to all directions plus the few minutes walk to any number of eateries (one a 24-hour operating bakery and eatery) and super souvlakis at Mavili Square (across the Vas. Sofias, right after US embassy) make it an excellent choice! Owner really responsive.

The elevator didn’t like our weight (we were three plus hand-helds) so we thought for what seemed like a good minute that we’ll get stuck. I had forgotten about old elevators in Greece. Stairs weren’t a big deal. Finding the locker wasn’t easy at night, but the kind security person from the hospital across helped us out (and owner was only a call away). The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee or tea, but the facilities available even after midnight (including the souvlakia) made it inconsequential.

The issue I had was the apartment was not ready at the time I requested for check in, was told they would contact me to let me know when it was ready which I never received a call back, so had to call back to verify it was was ready 2 hours passed my check in time.
