De kwaliteit van het huisje is goed tot zeer goed , recentelijk gerenoveerd , goed uitgerust , gratis wifi. De zeer korte afstand tot het strand. Huisje is zeer aan te raden voor mensen met jonge kinderen en het tuintje staat het vol met speelgoed. Het grote hek maakt het een veilige locatie (ondanks de honden). De eventuele huur auto staat ook veilig achter dit hek op een eigen parkeerplaats(je). Tot slot is het prijs verhouding is zeer goed, super goede kwaliteit.
Slechts twee punten waar de eigenaar van het huisje niets aan kan doen, huisvuil van "de griek" zelf word slecht op gehaald en kom je tegen op de ZEER KORTE WANDELING NAAR HET STRAND. Ten tweede de zwerf honden die dicht bij het huisje (bij de plaats van het huisvuil) rond hangen en 's avonds en 's nachts aggrassief zijn; ik ben niet bang voor honden maar was blij dat ik in een auto zat.
