A lakás nagyon jó helyen, jó környéken van, közel a strand lejáratához és a belvároshoz. A környék tele van éttermekkel, bárokkal, boltokkal. A lakás jól felszerelt, igényesen kialakított , egy autentikus öreg házban erkéllyel , kilátással a városra. A szobát elfoglalhattuk már korán, mert a repülőnk korán érkezett. Köszönet érte. Az ágy kényelmes volt. 3 éjszakát töltöttünk ott, és közben egyszer takarítottak is, és kaptunk új törölközőket is. A szállásadóval zavartalan volt a kapcsolat és az önálló bejutás egyszerű volt.
A belvárosi fekvés miatt egy hátránya van a lakásnak, éjszaka eléggé felhallatszik a bárok zaja, beszélgetés stb, de a fekvésnek több előnye volt , így ezt erdemes inkabb elviselni.
