The thing is that we planned to enter around 4-5 o'clock in the evening, but due to unforeseen circumstances on the road we got to the town only around 1 o'clock in the midnight. The owner left detailed instructions where we should park the car and where to get the keys.

Everything is beautiful. The apartment is close to the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy and the owners are friendly and kind. Especially a tall, nice, blond guy (unfortunately I don’t know his name) who will help you with all the questions you have. A great place for a family holiday! 😊

Dirty, smelly bathroom. Water coming out of drainage during showering. And the shower bottom is broken. Probablly smallest apartment they have, next to exit overlooking the parking. Not one picture on their page show that room, its not even similar to the other rooms showing. Bad noise isollation, you can hear everytime someone enters tha hallway.

Girl Who received us told that if we need something, we only need to send her a wasup, that wasnt like that, because I send her a messaje and she didnt answer to me.Nobody in recepción. A lot of noise in the corridor .Plenty water on the bathroom floor when you have a shower even with the door IS closed.Towels need to be change.

Dobro za odmoriti se.

Lokacija je odlična iako je nema navedenoj u ponudi, samo se mjesto navodi a adresa se dobije nakon kontakta. U blizini je lokalna trgovina i kafić.

Naručio sam prema ponudi 1 noćenje, Deluxe dvokrevetna soba s bračnim krevetom s balkonom i pogledom na more a dobio sam pogled na malo mosta i mora i na susjednu zgradu. Nema nigdje obavijesti o wi fi mreži a nema niti tv signala.

Objekat ima odličnu lokaciju i parking. Sve ostalo loše.

Ovaj objekat je nekad bio među boljima u mjestu Komarna. Rado smo u ovom objektu boravili jer smo bili zadovoljni od lokacije, osoblja, apartmana... sve je bilo super. Međutim ove godine su nas razočarali totalno. Prvo apartman nije bio baš najbolje čist, ali to nije strasno nećemo sitne detalje gledati. Najveći problem je da klima nije radila u apartmanu, kada smo poslali poruku zašto ne radi klima, rekli su moraju da provjere pa nam jave. Na zidu su tasteri za klimu koji nisu uopće funkcionisali, radilo se o dvije klime... naravno nikad nista nisu ni javili. Zatim frizider koji je u apartmanu hladnjak skoro i ne hladi a pojačan je na max, jedino je zamrzivač radio kako treba. Sve u svemu jedna velika nula.

Spędziliśmy tam 3 noce i nie wrócimy...

Widoki i fantastyczne zachody Słońca z apartamentu 121, bliskość wody, nienagrzewający się taras. Mało turystów i niewielki ruch aut.

Apartament 121. Niewielka lodówka, na hasło do wifi czekaliśmy ponad godzinę i po upominaniu się zostało wysłane przez booking. Nie wiem czemu nie mogło zostać podane po prostu. Zresztą wifi działało tylko na korytarzu, więc go nie było. Klimatyzacja w salonie chodziła na maksa 24/h niezależnie od ustawień. Prosiliśmy o pomoc z telewizorem bo nie miał karty (moduł CI). Po kilku godzinach przyszła pani, która była zdziwiona po co mi telewizor i czy nie wystarczy sam dźwięk. Nie rozumiała też, albo nie chciała czemu telewizor nie odbiera kanałów, ale obiecała, ze porozmawia na ten temat z mężem. Już wtedy powinienem wiedzieć co będzie dalej. To był ostatni kontakt z obsługą. Chyba nawet zasugerowała bym sobie kupił kartę samodzielnie. Przyniosła patelnię, której brakowało. Rano zauważyłem, że ta patelnia na śmietnik najwyżej się nadaje, w apartamencie na 3 osoby był jeden kubek, brakowało też sztućców. Szafki umyto chyba tą samą ścierą co podłogę, bo były na niej włosy. Podłoga zresztą i tak była brudna, a prysznic miał zapchany odpływ co burzyło komfort brania prysznica stojąc w cofającej się z odpływu wodzie. Drzwi wejściowe są z plastiku, wszystko z korytarza słyszysz w pokoju. Można powiedzieć, że czasem można przymknąć oko, ale obsługa przestała odbierać telefon i nie odpisywała już na sms i wiadomości na booking. Spędziliśmy tam trzy dni i nie wrócimy. Komentarz byłby inny gdyby obsługa rzeczywiście próbowała coś z tym zrobić. Nigdy nie spotkałem się z unikaniem kontaktu obsługi z gościem....

Internet nedostupan u apartmanu (iako piše da ima), klima se ne može nikako ugasiti, za dvije od tri osobe su ostavljeni normalni peškiri - treći neupotrebljiv, curi voda iz tuš kabine, i - kome je to bitno - nema šoljica za tople napitke (samo jedna) i nepotpun escajg (niti jedna kašika), fen granično funkcionalan, a odnos prema gostima - pomalo maćehinski - u slučaju da vam nešto zatreba, iz mog iskustva možete domaćine dobiti na telefon izgledno samo ukoliko im u tom momentu odgovara da Vam se jave.

Це щось страшне!!!! Нізащо не рекомендую!!! Персонал взагалі не йде на контакт! Писала , телефонувала постійно, але відповіді не було. В нас в апартаментах була страшна задуха! Кондиціонери старі і не дають охолодження! Душ протікає, біля унітазу вода протікає, іен не працює,навіть сушку для білизни і тої не отримали!!! Чомусь було зазначено , що є пральна машина, та я її не знайшла.... Нажаль комфорту тут не було..... Мешкання не варте витрачених коштів

Nebola to topka, ale boli sme spokojní.

Kedže bol problém sa po rezervácii mesiac vopred dovolať a potvrdiť si ubytovanie, bála som sa že ide o podvod. Dva dni pred odchodom nám domáca dvihla telefón, sms nám poslala číslo domu, lebo na bookingu nieje presná adresa, ale ani to číslo nepoznala navigácia, lebo 99 bolo vo vnútri ulice, lepšie je zadať 97, ide o komplex viacerých budov. Ubytovanie bolo priestranné, trošku bol problém s kľučkami na oknách, v kuchyni bolo všetko čo som potrebovala, na pláž je 100 metrov, ale je to presne 96 schodov. Menšia pláž, ale v stačila. Je to super destinácia, z ktorej sa dalo robiť množstvo výletov, Medžugorie, Mostar, Kravica vodopády, Neum, ostrov Korčula, ústie rieky Neretva do mora a mnoho ďalších.

Domáca by mohla dvíhať telefóny, lebo aj počas pobytu človek niečo potrebuje, trošku nás sklamalo že nebol žiaden televízny signál a sľúbili že to hneď dajú do poriadku, čo sa však za celých 10 dní nestalo. Zároveň signál na wifi bol len v kuchyni pri stole.
