Casa molto comoda un po’ datata ma perfetta per le vacanze portico bello per mangiare fuori un’oca pecca un bagno solo come quasi tutte le case vacanze in Sardegna quelli che ci hanno accolto molto disponibili e gentili anche al telefono posizione tranquillissima e perfetta per uscire a piedi a caletta la sera che dire per noi è stato tutto fantastico .. dimenticavo la doccia fuori in giardino era perfetta anche con l’acqua calda 👍👍👍👍toppp💯💯💯

Comfortable house with 3 bedrooms, nice living room and well equipped kitchen. We liked the terrace a lot. Everything was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay here - felt like home. Not far from the beach (~15 minutes by foot). Wifi works fine inside (not so much on the terrace).
Mosquitos (lots of them) - they're everywhere in Sardinia. The house does not have air conditioning and no mosquito nets, so if you open the window, the mosquitos come rushing in. The windows have shades but refresing the air through them is difficult.
Garbge diposal and recycling are very complicated. The schedule we got didn't match the garbage truck's schedule (they pick up something else each day).
Waranty requested in cash was a little unusual, but a receipt was issued and the warranty was returned at the end without any issues.
