Separate bedrooms for the kids
Inter leading door into the owners house is too thin and noise is heard through the door. If they install a heavy, solid door it will help soundproof the unit.

Self catering. Close to a park as well as a dam where parkruns are held. Quiet neighbourhood. Privacy. secure undercover parking. Washing machine which is useful when staying for a few days.
Lack of sharp knives. No chair to sit on, on the patio. Though there was DSTV, channels were limited. Soaps and shampoo never replenished. Unit was never cleaned. I was there for a week.
