La gardienne est très souriante et agréable.
L appartement sur la photo est plus grand, tiroir penché, meuble abîmé.Odeur urine ds la douche.Pas de place pour ce garer très compliqué.

L’emplacement
Il aurait été appréciable de nous avertir au préalable que la vue était obstruée car l’immeuble est en cours de réfection. La climatisation était de ce fait débranchée, un appareil de climatisation portable était mis a disposition mais ce n’était pas optimal !

Équipements du logement. Calme avant 8h
Appartement au 13e non mentionné dans l'annonce. Pas de balcon. Ravalement de façade en cours avec échafaudage masquant nos fenêtres et travaux démarrant à 8h 30.
