A receptividade do anfitrião, agilidade e proatividade em resolver pequenos contratempos. A localização da casa é excelente, bem próximo a praia.
A hospedagem não oferece banho quente em todos os banheiros e isto foi desafiador em um grupo com 7 pessoas, incluindo criança. Tínhamos 2 banheiros, mas apenas 1 com chuveiro quente e tínhamos que compartilhar.
Saber das regras da casa apenas ao chegar no local foi um ponto de atenção colocado ao anfitrião, uma vez que o locador deveria conhecer as regras e as taxas extras no momento da contratação.

The location is a walking distance to the local beach and the host is able to provide a very affordable boat trip to the local natural pools. The host is very approachable and helpful and we enjoyed staying at the property. There are grocery shops within a walking distance from the property too.
It took us a while to work out how to get the TV working, however this was not really a problem as the internet connection was very good at the property.
