Gut & günstig. Wer nur was "zum Pennen" sucht, kommt hier gut klar ...
Die Lage ist gut.
Alles ganz nett, aber Bad & Küche sind alt. Einige Dinge würde ich als Vermieter austauschen, nur Zettelchen mit den lustigen Infos, die auf Defekten hinweisen, reichen in 2024 nach Christus leider nicht mehr aus. Im Sommer ist eine Kellerwohnung völlig in Ordnung, im Winter ist es um 16.00 Uhr schon dunkel in der Wohnung. Perfekt für Monteure, die nur was "zum Pennen" suchen. Vor der Garage kann man nur mit einem Mittelklassewagen parken, ansonsten kann man sich sein Auto an einem überflüssigen Mauerstück im Dunkeln schnell kaputtfahren. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.
