Loved everything

Fantastic members of staff. I have to mention Paco from reception, as he was particularly kind and attentive. We also had fantastic service at breakfast, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the rooms with a hot tub, and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance of Siam Park, which made it very convenient. We could easily walk there and back, before heading there again in the evening (we had the day and night Siam Park pass).

The pool was very small, we didn't use it as our stay was very short. But that would have been something to mention. Also the hotel is on top of a very pronounced hill, and parking is not easy. However, taxis can be booked from reception if needed.

Lovely spacious 3 bed apartment with access to a separate pool which was generally quiet. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful and food good too.

The location provides good views but this restricts walking locally to very steep paths including the route into town. However taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap.

Everything! Loved the jacuzzi!! The apartment was spacious, very clean, complete with all the essentials and felt so luxurious. Beds were the most comfortable beds we've slept in. The main bedroom was supplied with 2 bathrobes. Appreciated the cold bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and free tea and coffee sachets. Be mindful that the resort is on top of the hill and the car park is limited but there are other places to park at the bottom of the residence. We were fortunate to find parking easily and quickly as guests do come and go all the time. Those with limited physical abilities can be dropped off first if no parking space is available. We had a couple of issues in the apartment but they were all dealt with promptly even at 2 am. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. Highly, highly recommend Wyndham Residences!
