Schöne kleine gemütliche Wohnung in kleinem urigen Hof, großer Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer, zuvorkommender Vermieter

Schlafzimmer war nach unserem Empfinden (in der jetzigen Jahreszeit) nicht gut zu wärmen ( Abhilfe gab es ab dem nächsten Tag durch einen bereitgestellten Heizlüfter) Dem Vermieter muss es ermöglicht werden, zum Heizen des Kachelofens einmal täglich in die Wohnung zu gehen.
