كل شي الا موظف وموظفة الاستقبال سيئين جدا لدرجة عدم اعلامي وذلك لاستفساري عن الحجز
لم يعجبني بعد ان تم الحجز فيها الرقم غير مستخدم للتاكيد بالحجز وعند الوصول للاستقبال بدا للموظفين بعدم وصول رسالة التاكيد بالحجز وتأخرنا بالدخول وحتى عند سوال الموظفين لم يبلغوني بأي شي ابدا الا عندما اظهرت لهم اسم الرقم من برنامج الاستفسار عن الارقام وعندها تم الدخول

the view and its a new place
The basics are not provided. Upon reaching the place, we found that the tissues were used and not new, and we had requests to provide more, they told us that we must pay for this provision. Bathrooms do not have the simplest things like soap, shampoo and toothpaste. It should be noted that the price of the accommodation was very expensive, as we stayed for two nights for 5000 dirhams. one more thing, they asked us to pay for the kids club
