amazing owner angie, nicest person ever. super helpful amd flexible. the apartment had more facilities than my own one at home. starting with the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. everything was there. felt safe at all times. good location. great places to eat and shop in walking distance, as well as the ocean front, the river, and the ferry port.

Very clean, good air conditioning, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils, and lots of amenities, ( sun screen, insect repellant, soap, shampoo, towels and even band aids and disinfectant if needed ). Owner very helpful, knowledgeable and available. Plentiful advice about local restaurants, grocery stores and local tours. Safe, secure and good area with owner in nearby apartment if needed. great experience overall.
Road/traffic noise in the evenings and early am. Barking dogs in the neighborhood can make it difficult to get a full night of rest. Owner is aware of situation.

Quiet location. Very helpful with list of local eateries and I did go to some on the list. Extra supplies available like suntan lotion.

We got the chance to stay at City Garden for 2 nights( March 4 to March 6 ). The place was clean when we got there we got a warm welcome and than miss Angie recommended some places to eat and hook us up with an amazing taxi/guide when we wanted to visit the mayan ruins. Really nothing bad to say.
The only negative things i can think of was really out of Angie’s control and not related to our stay there.
