Que era un lugar muy limpio, la amabilidad de las personas

Staff muy amable y profesional, el hotel muy limpio y el cuarto aun más, excelente servicio de limpieza de cuarto, el baño nuevo, todo funciona perfectamente e impecable.
El wifi en el cuarto (302) muy malo, se desconecta cada minuto, muy frustrante. El desayuno un poco pobre comparado a otros lugares pero en relación con el precio está ok. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que tuve que imprimir mi boarding pass y me cobraron 1 sol por 3 hojas, no es la cantidad, porque es muy poco, pero no se ve bien que un hotel cobre por ese servicio a sus clientes,menos aun si es un monto tan bajo, en especial si se quedan por más de 4 días. Se trata de 3 hojas, no un libro de 200 páginas.

La atención del personal fue 20/10 demasiado amables, serviciales siempre, súper atentos en todo lo que necesitábamos y te empacaban el desayuno para llevar cuando tenías un tour.

Es una muy buena opción para hospedarte solo o en familia. Está a solo unas cuadras de la plaza de armas. El hostal tiene habitaciones cómodas y amplias. El personal es muy atento y amable. Milagros y Fabio fueron muy amables con nosotros. Lo recomiendo mucho.
