Villa Kapparis Sunrise

Wonderful location, close to both the beach and local restaurants, plenty of room for our large party. Ample storage and coat hangers which normally aren’t available, these little touches make the difference.

Was showing signs of wear and tear on sunbeds / sun shades , also 2 ironing boards were provided but both broken so difficult to iron and the iron itself was old and didn’t work properly,

Het was een heerlijk zwembad, met genoeg badkamers voor iedereen. Ook waren er voldoende koelkasten voor een grote groep.

Villa was great. The facilities and communication pre arrival were excellent. Hosts really went above and beyond to provide everything we needed i.e 2 x travel cots and 2 x high chairs

Sofa had seen better days. And 2 x living room rugs didn't feel hugely clean. But other than that everything was great

- House was well organised with everything you need. 2 fridges for everything you need. - Lot of space outside to sit and relax. - Pool was very clean - Quiet area and beautiful houses nearby.

- Even if I asked them on Booking chat if all bedrooms have windows, and they have confirmed this, when we have arrived we got surprised that 1 bedroom out of 5 was on basement, with no window and moldy smell. One person accepted to sleep there so we did not asked booking to change accomodation. I am not even sure if they are allowed to sell that as a room... - Location is near open field so expect for some dust outside if windy and for small mices, bugs and lots of ants. - AC have timer each with max 6h of runing then you must start it again. - Beds were not very confortable and some AC units were really old, dusty and very noisy.. in my room was impossible to sleep without earplugs. - Is 300 eur deposit, but they did not sent us revolut link.. probably because of the issue with that room.
