The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gabi is a happy and caring host who gave us all the information and help we needed. His assistant Julio showed us around the area and was fun to be around. We had a moment where we thought one of us had lost our passports and they went above and beyond to help us with the situation
When we arrived there were issues with the electricity, however it was fixed they morning after and it didn't seem to be a usual issue.
