I loved staying at this apartment! it was very quiet there, next to the police station, I felt really safe. also Mustafa, the housekeeper, was so friendly and helpful! the landlord was always responding to my requests super fast! it’s a little bit outside of the main city but with an Uber you can reach everything within 15 mins! I always cooked at home and the kitchen was well equipped. perfect for 1 or 2 people!

the only thing I would maybe recommend to the landlord is to have a supply of basic needs, like oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, tissues, but that’s really it! other than that it was perfect!

As for Mr. Akram, I have never met a better owner in my life. When you send a message, you get a reply within a minute. For anything that was not clear or needed, he is available 24/7. He is educated, cultured, versatile. As for the apartment, I also have no complaints, except for the water. The pressure is sometimes very weak, so the strength of the jet changes and when I need to wash my hair, it annoyed me. But compared to everything else, it's not terrible at all. I really have no complaints about anything else. We went to the city by bus every day, which stops right in front of the building. The location is really wonderful for anyone who likes a quiet place. The internet is great. The apartment really has almost everything you need for a wonderful and pleasant stay. Maybe another bed sheet or a towel so that it doesn't have to be washed more often, but that's not a complaint, just a suggestion if it is possible of course. I would recommend this wonderful accommodation to everyone, because in it I felt like I was at home. I will definitely be back again very soon. Mustafa is also wonderful, for anything you need he is there.

there's no breakfast, but the property at all is good and very peaceful for a family, it's calm place with a good location. it was a great experience, and I will do it again if they got an elevator :D

the house in the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, it was hard to go up and down every day more than once a day. this is the only thing I didn't like about the property. you have to think enough if you need to go our because of 3rd floor.
