I booked one night at the Nogapatio during my walk of the Via Podiensis. Of the 29 stages of my walk, this accommodation is easily one of my favourites. From my room on the first floor, I had a view of the impressive Saint-Nicolas church right across the street. The hotel and its decor exude "old world" charm. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I chose to have dinner at the hotel and that was indeed a good call. The owner/chef prepared an excellent duck main course, served with an armagnac and apple juice sauce, the duck cooked to perfection. The owner/chef also takes pride in the breakfast on offer and justifiably so with a good assortment of items to select from. I very much hope to return to the hotel in a future visit to the town. Highly recommended!
