Location and surroundings. The villa is situated in a very nice area close to the sea with an amazing view

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit Liebe eingerichtet und in sehr guter Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Großzugige Terrassen und sehr gepflegter Garten mit großem und beeindruckenden Palmen. Wunderschön!

La villa è meravigliosa! La parte esterna l’ho amata, così curata nei dettagli e così panoramica fra la bellezza del Monte Cofano e quella del mare, che dista pochi passi. L’interno è molto accogliente, la cucina è dotata di un po’ di tutto. Manca la macchinetta del caffè ma è presente la caffettiera. La vista del mare dalla finestra sul lavandino poi, impagabile! La proprietaria, infine, è stata molto cortese e ci ha dato tante indicazioni. Speriamo di poter tornare altre volte, perché siamo stati benissimo!
Confermo, come qualche altro ospite ha scritto, che ahimè dai bagni c’è una lieve risalita di odori poco piacevoli. Non è però una cosa esagerata e pertanto non l’abbiamo vissuto come un dramma.
