Functional accommodation if journeying through the hinterland of Goa (which I was!) There was a lovely young family caretaking the property and were really helpful about putting to rights all my moans (see below)
Not possible to find local eateries. The caretaker took me on his motorbike and we found a takeaway and a couple of beers. They seemed surprised that I might want breakfast but I persuaded them to make me a very tasty eggs marsala! Getting a taxi was something of an ordeal but we succeeded in the end. Internet was problematic but got wifi eventually. This is all part for the course for a solo traveller but not a place for a family holiday!
