Mieszkanie jest w super lokalizacji i spacerowej odległości na plażę. Właściciel był bardzo miły, był w gotowości do pomocy w razie potrzeby. Zapewniono nam bez problemu udogodnienia dla dziecka. Możliwe było zaparkowanie samochodu na pobliskim publicznym parkingu.
Mieszkanie było ogólnie czyste i zadbane, ale sporo elementów jest już zużytych i przydałoby się je wymienić (baterie w łazienkach, uszczelki prysznicowe, elementy jacuzzi, skrzypiące stelaże w łóżkach, skrzypiące zawiasy w drzwiach).

Les différents niveaux et l’indépendance des espaces privatifs très bien conçus (1 salle d’eau et un wc par niveau) ainsi que les espaces communs ( terrasse avec barbecue, jacuzzi…), les nombreux commerces à proximité et la plage à 5 min à pied !
