Very good stay

We loved our stay in Emilios house, the appartement was very clean, the equipment are in good state, the view from the balcony is so beautiful .. but what WE LIKED THE MOST is Emilios hospitality and kindeness, he was always there to help us when needed info or some extra services .. We highly recommend Emilios House

A wonderful and peaceful stay with a spotless room, great sunset views, and a very kind host

Fantastic stay with the lovely helpful host, Emilio. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and a beautiful sunset view. Such a peaceful and quiet place, yet close to the town. The beach is a bit further away, but still wonderful. Overall, a really great experience!

Lovely and very homey place with beautiful views of the beach and sunsets! Clean and quiet with easy parking. Only a few min drive to the nearby beaches! Hosts were pleasant and easy to communicate with! Would stay there again!

This spacious place has the most amazing view! The apartment is clean, and has plenty of space for everything you need. Irini and Emilio are the nicest people, don’t speak a lot of English but you can feel their heart warmth and welcoming spirit very clearly! Supermarket close by, also one small restaurant. So many amazing beaches with 5 - 25 min of driving distance. Perfect place for exploring the Albanian riviera

The kitchen is old - oven works ok, but stove is very slow! However it is possible to cook. Also beware that it’s located in the old town of Dhërmi, and you have to drive to the beaches.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location was exceptional, with a very good view, and only 5min walk to the market, and 5min drive to the beach. Definitely very good value for the money. I will definitely come back.

I would suggest to add Wi-Fi to the facilities.

A limpeza do lugar estava boa.

Embora diga ser 900m da praia só se for em linha reta, mas como não voamos não dá, então se não tiver de carro não fique nesse alojamento, eu estava de carro e mesmo assim é difícil, pois as ruas são ruins e sem estacionamento. Por 3 dias seguidos acabou a luz e o proprietário não nos dizia nada, é claro que eu sei que ele não queria isso e não podia fazer a luz voltar, mas ele poderia ligar na empresa de eletricidade e nos informar sobre as previsões que ela deu, no primeiro dia não cosegui contato com ele e mandei mensagem para o booking perguntando o que fazer, após a minha ida, ele mandou mensagens mal educadas, até me acusando de roubo o que estou a espera que ele prove, pois sei o meu caracter e não roubei 1 toalha de ninguém. Eu nem ia avalia-lo porque não pretendo prejudicar o negócio de ninguém mas, o booking não me para de mandar mensagem para faze-lo então segue. Tenho o print de toda a conversa com ele para que não reste dúvidas.

Tutto, la casa era stupenda, c’era pure la vista mare!

Il parcheggio che non è privato, perciò una notte lo trovai lontano da l’abitazione perché i parcheggi che erano vicini alla struttura erano tutti occupati

Ospitalità dell'host, ottimo punto di appoggio per le località vicine, alloggio pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di coppia. Bellissima anche la vista sul mare dal terrazzino.

on m’avais dis « first foor » et au final j’ai eu l’appartement avec la moins belle vue et quand je l’ai expliquer on m’a « gronder » en me disant que c’était celui d’en bas que j’avais

Appartement fonctionnel

Une chambre de taille correcte avec une clim ok . Une kichnette pratique et une salle de bain fonctionnelle . La propriétaire est très gentille mais ne parle pas anglais . Une très belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse .

Une location difficile à trouver car pas de numéro . Difficile de se garer en fin de journée car peu de places de parking et bcp de locations alentours .Très excentrée de la plage et des restaurants voiture indispensable donc prévoir paiement parking .Réception wifi très moyenne parfois impossible . 6 ou 8 locations sur le même site donc parfois un peu de bruit quand tout le monde parle sur sa terrasse .
