Everything was fine, a room with a good standard and nice location, the only downside was the Wi-Fi.

Everything was really fine. Great pool, which we could even use in the evening. The location is away from the city center, which was a plus for us, it was quieter. Friendly and relaxed host. The room matched the expected standard.

The Wi-Fi struggled when we needed a higher data transfer not ideal for work, streaming or even scrolling through Tiktok.

The place was situated a 5 minute walk from Ksamil beach. Lots of good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The room itself was super clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, a clothesline and kitchen facilities. A super comfortable stay for 4 nights. The host was so lovely and helped us out with some washing. Would definitely recommend!

The host was friendly and helpful. We had stayed for 8 nights and they cleaned our apartment twice which we did not expect it. They have put all the necessities we might need as toilet paper, dish soap, hairdryer in the middle of the hallway where everyone can use them. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and there was a parking in front of the house. We have really liked it and i truly recommend it.

Room was clean and comfortable (its a big room of 30 square meter). Bathroom is nice and clean wit a big Window. Beds are good and clean

WiFi doesnt work in the room. Thats an absolute NO GO in 2023. I am a digital Normad and i need to work. WiFi only works outside the room in the corridor

Great value for your money

The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

I don't have any complaints.

Excellent space with good air conditioning, balcony and parking. Nice quiet location and an easy 10 minute walk into the busy beach strip. Great host who was always available to assist. Highly recommended.

Great value for the money, clean roooms with a helpful host.

Our host, Ion was there for all our questions and helped out with all our proposals. The location of the apartment is ideal for families with kids: it was a quiet and peaceful place during nights. There are 2 stores nearby (1 within a reach by foot).

We felt the kitchen was a bit under-equipped, but our host was ready to fix this and provided all the tools/equipment that we kindly asked for.

Very cute apartments with a gorgeous view and very nice staff. I stayed there 5 days and truly felt like at home. very clean, quit rooms. Location is also very nice. 5 min walk till restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment is on higher place which gives beautiful view especially on sunset.

Everything was better than i was expected. Huge recommendation from me. Good location, better staff, and very nice atmosphere. I truly enjoyed.

Very nice villa at 10 minutes by the sea front by walk. The room was perfectly clean and with all kind of confort. Possibile to park the card in the private yard. I really would suggest this accomodation!

I was only one night but I should stay longer. Location exellent. Rooms looking exactly like on pictures. There are brand new. Owner of thus house are just bulding next rooms but all are doing after 9 o clock and that was. Very good for that price thank you.

In one word: fantastic place. Very friendly and helpful host, quite neighborhood, private parking in front of the building, clean and modern room with all the equipment you need even for longer holidays. Nice balcony with a sea view. 5 minutes on foot to the main street. Going to the beach requires a 10-minute walk. To be honest, after being in Ksamil for ~10 times I consider this option to be the best.

Nice rooms in a good location near to the beach and centre

The rooms were a good size and clean with an en suite and balcony.

The room we stayed in had a sliding door with no balcony which could be dangerous for kids. Not sure if it could have been locked though as we only stayed 2 nights. There wasnt much toilet roll left when we arrived. We didn’t ask for any more but would be good if more was available in the rooms. It wasnt very sound proof and the doors slam if not held to close carefully.

Quiet, clean studio with large terrace overseeing the city

We had a very nice stay at Villa Luan. The studio was spacious, clean and with all facilities included. The terrace was great for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine at night. Parking was available and free. The villa is a 10 minutes walk from the main street with bars and restaurants, which is actually a plus as the noise levels are lower; the city itself, as well as the beach area are very noisy... so a quiet place to sleep/relax is a big advantage.
