La struttura si compone di un monolocale con bagno, pertanto racchiude in sé tutti i servizi essenziali per un soggiorno da poter gestire in maniera indipendente, assicurando anche la disponibilità di cucina e stoviglie. Essendo situata nel pieno centro storico assicura la piena fruizione di locali e luoghi d'interesse senza la necessità di utilizzare un veicolo. Ci sono posti auto gratuiti nella strada carrabile prospiciente l'ingresso perciò, fatti salvi gli orari di chiusura della ZTL, è raggiungibile fino alle immediate vicinanze e si può sostare con tranquillità. Il comfort interno è assicurato da impianto di riscaldamento e deumidificazione perfettamente funzionanti.
La dimensione del televisore non è adeguata al suo posizionamento in quanto non fruibile da tutti i punti della stanza. L'assenza del bidet, o di una doccetta in alternativa, è particolarmente sentita su più giorni.

Excellent apartment, renovated, stylish and a great design, very well equipped (including coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine). Additional cleaning during 5 day staying was a bonus. Central location and possible to park the car in front of the apartment most of the time.

Beautifully restored property I. the center of old town! Modern with a touch of the classic architecture, a beautiful apartment! Maria is a wonderful host & very efficient. Vert comfortable bed and lovely linens!
I would only suggest adding a cutting board and salt/pepper, then it has everything!
