    Great location, near subway, large rooms with small kitchen at a good price. Will definitely stay again. Only point of improvement is there is no staff in the building, unless you catch the owner who is very helpful but of course not expected to be there all the time.

    When i was checking in and the code given was wrong. Called customer service, they helped me with it. However, when I went to my room, they HAVE NOT STARTED cleaning my room although it was already past check in time. The housekeeper said they will clean it immediately and it takes them 30 minutes to clean. (IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CLEAN) they forgot to wipe the table and there were stains from previous guest on it. I called customer service asked them to give me a room thats ready, they said they’ll get back to me in 10-15 minutes. NO call backs until I check out LOL what a joke

    We booked a 2 bedroom apartment a month in advance and had prepaid. The day we arrive in NYC we go to the property and can’t check in. We had to call the hotline and the property told us they overbooked and have no room for us. They are obviously running a scam where they keep booking rooms to see if they can get a higher rate as we aren’t the first to encounter this. Do not risk booking with them. Nothing was more stressful than showing up after a long flight and having to make new arrangements in NYC because the property didn’t honor the booking that was paid a month in advance. BTW, there was no counter person to speak of, I had to call a number to get someone to talk to.

    The check in process was a headache. Getting the access codes took incredibly long and there was major confusion surrounding it. Not to mention NO HOT WATER during my two day stay was disappointing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable I slept very well.
