Good location. Not far from downtown Kona but far enough away from the noise.
They could upgrade the coffee maker.

We liked the convenience of the location and it was like living in your very own condo
It would be nice to know all the pass codes before we arrived so we would not have to bother the owner late in the evening

it was a fine vacation and touring base for 2 people.
we needed to contact the after hours number for Elite a couple of times and they were very helpful.
