Extremely clean and great location

Hello Management. My wife alone with myself would not only like to give you five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars, but 10 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Only if that 10 Star (⭐) System was in place when doing a Review or just to say, "Thank You," to a Wonderful Hotel establishment that has a Staff that treats their Guest with Class. You guys get an A+ from myself and my Wife. What a Beautiful Top Resort to Visit Mr. Doscher. We will and have been telling our Friends, family and Neighbors since we Extended our Stay here at the Wyndham Hotel and of course will make this our stay Resort since we're back and forth from Atlanta to Portland, Oregon. What an unbelievable and wonderful relaxing experience. We would just like to thank you and your Hard working Staff and all the extra Workers behind the scenes and desk, for the wonderful hospitality given to us during our stay here at the Resort. I do a lot of traveling and my Wife does as well from Portland to Florida and beyond on business and my wife owns her own nail salon here in Atlanta. As I stated earlier, we planned this trip as we needed time to spend together, we ended up extending our stay here at the resort because, we were having a blast of a Time and doing a lot of catching up. We never thought that we would have this much fun which brought both of us closer together. Wonderful type of atmosphere because it is truly a home atmosphere that we just truly fell in love with. We didn't see your Security Supervisor Mr. Plat, yesterday, but every time he saw us, he remembered both of our names, making our Experience here very personable while also making the both of us smile and my wife just laughed and feel as though this was such a a Wonderful feeling to have during our stay here at the Resort. He often gave us directions to other places or would find the answer which we so greatly appreciated his will to make this Stay for us so right as your Staff did so as well. Mr. Plat also told us about the events here at the hotel so he was very knowledgeable as we would always love seeing him or bumping into him in our travels in tge hotel or when venturing to head out to enjoy the City. What an awesome vibrant & energy driven & truly lover of his job and the people that he protects, show 100% Respect to all the guests, as we observed him on several occasions interacting with other Guest and always present everywhere showing his presence as we watched your Supervisor always answering another Guest questions if not making someone Smile. He is truly a true blue professional. He's one of your hotel staff or managers that's everywhere, the pool the first floor going into Margaritaville, outside, the Lobby always with a Smile & he's a very visible manager. He always spoke to us and answered every question with a smile on his face and his hospitality to myself and my wife was some of the best treatment that we have ever gotten staying at any hotel. I wish we had more of Mr. Plate in every city that we Visit with that customer service that he provided to us if every time we turn around. we would see him on our floor during w the at he does and turning and checking the trash and laundry doors. We saw him at the pool, the Owner's lounge as we said earlier, his visibility and just his happiness to everyone we watched him Interact with, made us smile and made my wife laugh for several minutes because he was so Personal and Human, but a Very observant, nice Supervisor on your Security Team that Cares and you can tell. Can you please thank your entire staff front office, housekeepers and just your entire management team and staff from my wife and I, and definitely to Mr Plate, if we don't get an Opportunity to engage with Mr. Happy again before we Depart. You have an awesome and Wonderful resort and we will be back soon. It was a great place for our friends and family to come together with the kids and spend time together. We enjoyed the pool very much. Also enjoyed using the kitchen. Great value for what you get.

I get that it's a timeshare community, but the constant upsell made me leave a day early. Calling my phone in the evening, really long check in time for a sales pitch. Just not my thing and I will beware next time.
