Fully refurbished house in 2022 - PRIVATE HEATED POOL - GRAN CANARIA STAYS

Superbe maison à Maspalomas Très bien équipé. En particulier la cuisine avec de la vaisselle comme à la maison contrairement à beaucoup de location. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Très Propre. Résidence calme. Aucun vis à vis dans la maison et autour de la piscine. Piscine chauffé (un plus selon la saison) par contre un supplément de 20€ par jour à prévoir pour le chauffage. Vue chez plusieurs loueur à gran canaria. Piscine traité par électrolyse au sel donc traitement plus doux pour la peau (par contre il est régler un peu fort je pense )

Il n’y a pas de volets. Si on est sensible à la lumière dans les chambre, cela peut gêner. Il y a des stores mais ça ne coupe pas complètement la lumière. Dans une chambre à l’étage c’est un volet coulissant avec persiennes fixes et la pas de store ou rideaux.

The property is lovely and very modernly decorated and deceivingly massive. The beds were very comfortable there was some welcome wine, beers and treats for our arrival which was a lovely touch.

There wasn’t much to not like about the property, but considering it sleeps up to six people, there is only 2 sun beds by the pool. The location is next to an old shopping centre which is mostly all closed with only a shop and one restaurant. We also struggled with taxis knowing where it was and how to get there. But once we got our bearings this was no longer an issue for us :)

Very nice house with a luxurious kitchen with all appliances. Felt very welcoming and everything was clean and nice.
