La proximité du canal du midi et le parking sécurisé (voyageant avec vélo ), l’accès tranquille à l’immeuble dans cette rue, supérette toute proche. Et dans l’appartement, la séparation nuit/ jour, le confort du lit , le recul apporté par la petite terrasse.
Canapé à remplacer ( tâché) télécommande TV non conforme à la description ( difficile à utiliser donc) radiateur électrique bruyant ( cliquète même éteint), baguette au sol cuisine/ salon cassée et tranchante. J’ai mailé au sujet de la télécommande et du radiateur électrique mais sans réponse…

La ubicación super buena, a pocos minutos estás en el centro. El apartamento es muy cómodo para pocos días, con garaje, ascensor, el baño bastante grande...
El sofá cama es bastante incómodo. Falta de mantenimiento en algunas cosas cómo el cacharro de subir y bajar la persiana o el marco de la puerta.

It had a kettle. The shower was great, with lots of hot water.
The flat has two keys. One for the front door top lock, the second for the lower lock. What we didn't have was a key for the lift to the garage. Carrying our luggage up through the underground parking, was not good. At some point the front door has been forced in. The frame was broken. We didn't feel secure here at all. The kitchenette sink dint have a draining board. It was very hard to wash and dry up, with so little space. The bed was very tightly fitted, with me sleeping next to a wall.
