I like that it was a contactless transaction. Very detailed instructions to the unit and helpful host. All furniture is well maintained and clean.
Access to laundry at L1, eatery and mini market all just downstairs. Short walking distance to Pacific Sutera where we had our competitions over the weekend. Grab is easy too around here.
The morning view of the Kinabalu from the room was a bonus!
Only the bedding, the blanket wasn't big enough for coverage for 2 people.

2-bedroom apartment with fascinating view over river village (shanty town) below. Comfortable and clean. Restaurants on ground floor offering a wide range of foods. Great single origin coffees (relatively expensive) in Decrypt Coffee. Several convenience stores. Short trip from KK Airport. Short car trip (or 30 minute walk) to town centre.
Woken early every morning by call to prayer from nearby mosque and roosters in the fishing village - but that made it feel like an authentic travel experience!
