Апартамента е нов в ново построена сграда. Като одобства има всичко необходимо. Момчето на бариерата ни препоръча страхотен ресторант в близост въпреки че чъсът беше към 22:00 когато пристигнахме.

При настаняването се оказа, че кърпи и чаршафи за сина ни който е на десет няма. На другия ден ни донесоха кърпи но се оказа, че чаршафа е само един и е долен. Блока се намира в комплекс които все още се строи. Интернета беше слаб. Много често прекъсваше.

Very clean, generally well-maintained, well-furnished, consistent with the pictures, spacious living room is good for pacing in, in summary, a comfortable retreat. Communication over whatsapp was fast and effective.

If you have cause to be in Esenyurt, this apartment is a good choice. If you wish to visit the main sites of Istanbul, then you are looking at a 90 minute commute one way by public transportation and traffic jams if you use private transportation. The air-conditioner is in the living room, so provides only indirect cooling in the bedroom. The curtain rods in the living room are a bit crooked, which makes it hard to pull the curtains. Nearby construction (I think) caused 2 lengthy power and water outages during my 1-month stay, but hopefully this is not a regular phenomenon. On the whole, these were minor issues for me and during my 1-month stay I was very comfortable in the apartment.
