Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte vor Ort durch denn sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Das Appartement war durch das Treppenhaus oder mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar (3.Stockwerk). Das Appartement war sehr sauber und modern, die Küche mit allem was man so braucht eingerichtet. Im Bad standen kleine Tuben mit Shampoo, Duschgel und Zahnbürsten kostenlos zur Verfügung :-). Der Balkon hatte Meerblick, war schön groß und hatte gemütliche Sessel.
Ein darunter liegenden Parkhaus stand ein privater Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Die Poolanlage war ebenfalls sehr sauber und gut angelegt.
