Fabulous property right under the castle and close to the beaches.

Beautiful historic old cottage with lots of charm, in a really lovely little seaside town. The house was close to the beaches, cafes and shops. We really appreciated the EV charger and being able to bring our dog. The house was very well set up for visitors and very welcoming. The kitchen was great for cooking in with lots of bowls, trays and utensils. There were also some games and plenty to do, plus some beach stuff (loungers, parasol etc). Very comfortable lounge with big sofas, and a big dining room table that we could all fit around comfortably. And a fab view of the castle from the bedroom upstairs.

Beware narrow roads leading to the property and tight parking (though there was enough for 2 cars on the property and 1 in the road). There is no view of the sea from the property, though you only have to walk for a minute or two to overlook it. The outside courtyard garden is a little bare, though does the job and we used it a lot (but no views).

Location was great , Lovely cottage warm and clean . Great for a girlie weekend with the dog . Hosts were excellent in communication. Cottage had everything you needed , lots of information on website. Will definitely be back for another visit .

fizz fuelled fun with fabulous friends in an amazing setting

The cottage is exceptionally well appointed with everything you could possibly need ..we went for my Husbands 65th birthday so catered for ourselves every evening ...we found the fridge a little challenging but appreciate in a small cottage that this would be the case fridge tetris .....there is every utensil you can imagine apart from electric whisk which I had taken ...we had a wonderful weekend the weather was extremely kind to us and we were swimming in the sea everyday . Location is ideal minutes from both the beach and the High Street and similar from Station for trips to Pwhelli and Porthmadog

Nothing .. we struggle to find properties with 3 double rooms and at least 2 bathrooms and appreciate it when we find ones and the added character was a bonus .Fizz filled fun with fabulous friends

A beautiful property in beautiful location.

This was a family weekend (5 adults) and this property and location were just perfect allowing us to really enjoy our time together. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, homely, self catering break. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. There are very clear instructions providing directions to the parking at the back of the property. Faith was so helpful and replied to a couple of questions promptly. There is so much attention to detail in the property. I am confident whoever stays there will have a lovely experience. We certainly did. The Prosecco and Bara Brith on arrival was a very welcome touch! Diolch.

Beautiful well renovated Welsh cottage in stellar location with castle views. Comfortable beds, well eqipped kitchen. Genuinely enough room for 6 (not always the case in other listings that claim this!) Friendly, responsive host.

Fab little find

The location was great. Right next to the castle and near the beach. The owners had thought of everything one may need. Even cool boxes, umbrellas, beach mats, games, books, Xbox, Alexa. Attention to detail was fab. All mod cons, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was better than the photos and really lovely.

When we first arrived we couldn't find the parking which was around the back, but difficult to locate how to get there. However we phoned the owners and they directed us, so it was soon sorted.

Exceptional

Loved everything!! Amazing cottage, with everything we needed, very cozy and quirky. Location is just at the doorsteps of Criccieth Castle, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication was very good with our friendly host Faith. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

No negatives, only wish we have stayed longer.
