    If you are looking for the uncommon experience, the Observatory is for you. This hotel sits in a prime location, with the Quad and its shops and art nearby, the botanic gardens across the street, and a very short walk to the CBD. My room had lovely high ceilings and a modern bathroom. The towel rack fell off the wall as soon as I tried to lift a towel off it, no big deal, and the mattress had a central ridge making it a little uncomfortable for one person, but I slept fairly well regardless. The morning continental breakfast was nice as well. Overall enjoyed the stay.

    Great location , Botanic garden, Avon river was just near by, walking distance to CDB. Staff are friendly n helpful,; Room was clean n spacious especially the toilet was super clean n big. Highly recommended!
