Közel volt a kávézó, volt mosószer és mosószárítógép! Nagy tv, wifi, minden ágyhoz volt szekrény , benne elegendő vállfa.
Öreg ház, linóleum padló, ami olyan volt , mint a hullámvasút, hiányos konyhafelszerelés (3 kanál 7 főnek!), omladozó, rendetlen, gazos udvar, nagyon alacsony belmagasság (180–185 cm), nyikorgó padló és lépcső. A kések életlenek, csorbák. A konyhaeszközök és a konyha ragadnak a zsírtól. A fürdő dohány szagú volt és az egész lakásban enyhe dohszag volt. A használható fürdőszoba az udvarról nyílik.

Es gab ein großes Wohnzimmer, welches an die Küche angeschlossen war. In der Küche gab es Sitzgelegenheiten für 4-5 Personen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Ein Fenster lies sich nicht richtig schließen und der Boden ist im OG etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr schräg. Aber es ist ein sehr altes Haus, insofern alles gut.
