-Bon emplacement, à proximité du centre ville de Revel et son marché -Appartement bien entretenu, bien équipé
-La chambre donne sur une rue, bruit possible les jours du marché -Finition des installations, la porte ferme mal

L'appartement est bien situé à revel, assez central et proche des commerces. L'entrée dans les lieux est facile avec le coffre clé . L'espace est assez grand
Bruyant, la mauvaise isolation fait qu'on entend fortement les bruits de la rue. Tous les équipements sont de mauvaise qualité ou réduits au minimum sauf les radiateurs qui sont pilotés à distance par le propriétaire, et qui émettent la nuit des signaux sonores et lumineux
