Cozy guesthouse at 1 min walk from beach, the guesthouse is run by Catholic Goans which makes it a precious and clean location, especially around Christmas days its full of lights and cheerful people. Mostly Western/Russian guests which gives the property a distinct vibe. Rooms are clean and maintained and well equipped for a vacation stay. Wifi works very well. There is a cozy guest house restaurant available with Indian and Western dishes well priced and quality is good, restaurant is always full of guests which makes it a nice hang out place. Nearby shops and dhaba's well sorted, also veggie stores around. Owner is very helpful and well educated. Definitely recommend this cozy and quiet Goa experience.

The only real staff i interacted with was the son of the owners and he was a happy helpful guy. Great atmosphere and people even if the conditions are above average. Kitchen in resturant was good.

The so called workers in resturant ignore you and are stuck scrolling videos loudly so it's impossible to communicate or just relax there. way to runned down facilities for the pricing, no AC. No water.
