    Everything about this hotel was great, except the rooms. PLEASE PLEASE always double check the reviews for any hotel. The pictures of this hotel were beautiful and I expected as much. I booked 2 different rooms and both rooms had the strong stench of mildew and humidity. The seat was wet, and the beds has a wet feeling to them. The bathroon itself was another problem. The toilet seats were covered in dark yellow urine stains., almost like they weren’t cleaned often. We decided to request a room change since it felt so disgusting. Yet our new room still had the same stench of humidty and urine stains.

    I stayed here for three weeks and regret it. In some days, the Housekeeping be-tending to clean to change bed sheets regularly and only did so after I complained—this was never disclosed. Breakfast is terrible (cold sandwich or a small, low-quality noodle bowl). Wi-Fi is extremely weak, and many things in the rooms don’t work—I had the same issues in two different rooms. There is a strong cigarette smell in the room, and constant, heavy construction noise nearby from around 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it very uncomfortable to stay. The hotel falsely advertises an appears look alike a swimming pool, which does not exist, and can be noisy due to tour groups and rooms are very poor soundproofing. At checkout, *** I believe she’s supervisor unfairly charged me for a damaged brush cup that was already cracked when I checked in and refused to listen and forced me to pay 150,000VND ($6-7). However, at the reception *** is friendly and very helpful. Only positives: cheap and within walking distance to the beach but like a ghost town for now. Overall, a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
