Das große Haus liegt sehr gut für viele Aktivitäten in verschiedene Richtungen - Trapani, Erice, San Capo Lo Vito sowie Wanderungen.
Auf der großen Terasse kann man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen.
Parken konnten wir meist direkt vor der Tür - ab Mai bis Ende September sind die Plätze aber gebührenpflichtig, also besser klären, ob es da eine Lösung gibt!
Küchenausstattung war etwas rudimentär und offenbar nicht zum richtig selbst kochen zusammengestellt. Teller und Gläser gibt es aber sehr viele.
Tagsüber war die Umgebung belebt bis punktuell sehr laut (Saison-Gastronomie mit tagsüber lauter Musik und rauchendem Grill direkt ggü.), nachts aber ruhig.
An vielen Stellen im Haus und der Einrichtung erscheint etwas Instandsetzung angezeigt - es nagt die Seeluft oder der Zahn der Zeit...

Very friendly host. We liked this house a lot as it's very neat and looks brand new. You get a lot for a small price. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in front of the house overlooking the garden. Also there is a very small beach very close to the accommodation. We could get our cold drinks from the frige and walk back.
We stayed there at a Saturday night. The dancing across the street was a bit loud but also fun to take a short peak there.
