Warsaw City Break by Better Place

I recently stayed in Apt 4 on Józefa Sierakowskiego in Warsaw with my family, and honestly, I couldn’t rate it any higher. From start to finish, it exceeded all expectations. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still being in a peaceful area. What truly stood out, though, was the host. They were a pleasure to deal with—friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful with any questions we had, offering great local tips that made our trip even better. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Warsaw, whether as a couple or with family. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dostać się jak do twierdzy. Najpierw wydzwaniać po ochronę, żeby otworzyła drzwi, a potem i tak nie można było otworzyć skrytki z kluczem, bo się zablokowała. Co do wnętrza - ładne zdjęcia na bookingu, ale w środku trochę widać „zmęczenie materiału” na ścianach i materacu.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, świetna lokalizacja, czysto, jedzenie pyszne, wspaniały widok z okna, cicha, spokojna okolica. W pobliżu mnóstwo sklepu, bardzo blisko do centrum. Polecam każdemu.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and matched the photos. The building felt safe, and collecting the keys was straightforward once I located the other building.

Communication with the management company was disappointing. When I politely asked about early check-in after an international flight, I was told it would cost 120 PLN and later dismissed when I questioned this. No alternatives or luggage-storage suggestions were offered until much later. The tone felt curt and unhelpful, and I found personal items left under the bed and in the closet.
