Amaizing apartment for a group of friends, very clean and spacious, with all necessary kitchen facilities and a big veranda. The house itself is situated near the beach (5 minutes walk) in a quiet street.
It is better to check with the propriator before the arrival the availability of the parking - although parking is indicated at the site, it was not possible to use it (as least without preconcert)

A beautiful, comfortable, large and spacious house. Very clean, equipped with almost everything you need. Excellent location, 3 minutes' walk from the sea. very comfortable pleasant atmosphere, quiet, good energy and nice design. We had a great stay. The house is very close to grocery store, the beach, cafes etc. Parking at the street.
Keep in mind that there is no washing liquid or softener in the house and that you will need to purchase it in order to use the washing machine. The flat included mosquitoes repellent devices, some of which were empty, and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes around. These are the only 2 comments, other than that - perfect place!

comfortable, high standard, great beds and showers!
lack of shower gel and shampoo, no curtains in the lounge, alarm sensors in the bedroom need the leds disabled as they are very bright in the night

If you are looking for a fairly good bed and a lovely shower (although nowhere to put your shower gel except on the floor), working aircons, clinical lines, working wifi, that's near a beach then this is your kind of place.
If you are looking for hospitality, a decent host who doesn't state things on booking.com that are false or that reprimand you for waiting 20mins after the check out time for transport to pick you up, then avoid.
Don't expect parking on property eventhough there is an area for parking, very poorly equipped kitchen, forget any little extras like salt and pepper, a homely abode, a host not interested in recommending anything in area, poor cleanliness, and will make a child pay gov tax (even though not required by state legislatiom) then this is not the place for you.
We found out too late that there are much better and cheaper properties in the area with lovely Sicilian hosts and hospitality.
