Cascina ristrutturata molto caratteristica che mantiene in alcuni appartamenti molte delle caratteristiche e dell'arredamento del tempo. Posizione ottimale nel contro della cittadina per giro di shopping e visita alle antiche miniere di rame. Alcuni locali sono molto ampi, funzionale la cucina con tutto quello che serve per mangiare in casa.
L'unico bagno dell'appartamento è stato ricavato nel corridoio che unisce cucina e camera da letto quindi ha due ingressi. Camera matrimoniale con letto a castello troppo piccola. Sarebbe una camera adatta a due persone e non più.
