Közel a vasútállomáshoz és a strandhoz, mégis csendes környéken van. Mindennel fel volt szerelve, ami kellhet.

Jó helyen volt.
Kicsi a szoba, nem lehet a szobában egy kis asztalt, pláne 2 széket sem elhelyezni. Kevés a rendelkezésre álló szekrény. A lapostetős födém hőszigetelés nélküli lehet, csak úgy sugárzott a forróság a mennyezetről, ezt még a légkondi is nehezen kompenzálja. A kert elhanyagolt.
