Good practices, such as they wash the car without even requesting!. Attentive staff, good service .

The property is old and the rooms are not properly maintained.

Due to a long overnight exhausting drive we bumped into a hotel at the wee hours of the day. We expected nothing but what we received was truly marvellous.The behaviour of the staff was exceptionally polite and very helpful. It was a pleasent experience.

I stayed there for an academic purpose. The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a homley stay. Rooms and premises were clean. Complimentary breakfast was there and it was tasty too.

Location was prime, very close to tran station and hotels, good acccess to transport, quick check in process and very helpful and resourceful staff. Although the place and building were :( the place was maintained very clean.

Its a very clean but tired, old fashioned place, badly in need of refurbishment. Its on a very busy road and so getting in and out could be tricky. Very small car park, some rooms being very clean, but stuffy. The shower was pointed straight down, with no adjustment and showering was with positioning your body over the taps. In one room we were given, the shower was right in front of the toilet, therefore your legs could easily brush the toilet whilst showering. :( The AC rooms were AC in name alone with a non functional unit therefore, needing a fan to be used.
