Location to the beach (just a short walk) and the number of bedrooms for the entire family to sleep comfortably and have their own space was nice. The enclosed patio outback was my grandparents favorite spot while we were there. The grill was also nice to have. I especially loved that they allowed our dog to come with us. He appreciated that as he prefers to travel with us and be with his family. Very quiet neighborhood with sidewalks which was nice for morning and evening walks.
A lot of the lights in the house either had dead light bulbs or no light bulbs at all. The counter in the one bathroom was cracked. Some small holes in the walls (in the bedrooms). Some obvious wear and tear that has accumulated over the years from renters. The landscaping out back was overgrown, tons of weeds, etc. Even with that said, we would still stay here again as these are minor things and not the end of the world.
