Do atendimento do funcionário Thiago, vigilante. Que tentava resolver as algumas frias das piscinas.
Das piscinas não estarem geladas. E do funcionário Marcos, vigilante. Que foi mal educado.

O funcionário Thiago, que é vigilante é top. Merecia ser promovido. Nos atendeu muito bem e sempre tentou resolver nossas solicitações.
As piscinas não estavam quentes. Apenas liberam uma única piscina para ser 24 hs e ela é fria. Se vamos a Caldas queremos águas termais quentes. É isso não aconteceu. Além do mais, fomos maltratados pelo funcionário Marcos, o qual é vigilante no park aquático do condomínio.
