Very nice place, staff nod easiest to talk to but absolutely enough to organise and coordinate ypur stay!

Agnes was kind and helpful, and responsive when I needed her. We arrived very early and she did our best to help us get situated even though the apartment wasn't ready, and sped up the cleaning so that we could get in ASAP which was very kind. She allowed us to leave cash for payment upon checkout instead of bothering us during the stay which was also kind. Facilities were decent. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the Wifi speed was pretty good. The kettle and washer were working, and we were able to do laundry before leaving. There's a nice terrace outside with a few chairs and a nice view. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms, which just made everything more comfortable. It was too cold for us to use, but there is a nice pool on the roof and a simple but dated gym. The gate security and front desk were helpful.

Did not have any toiletries except for one bottle of body wash - would have been nice to have more. I would have appreciated accurate lockbox pin beforehand instead of having to ask through WhatsApp after arriving. The hot water for the shower was very finicky so we took cold showers until I asked for more clarification on how to work it, but it worked after that. There is not much around, so you have to take taxis everywhere and the pickup for one of our tours got lost trying to find us, but the apartment complex shows up on Uber. The walls of the apartment are very thin, so when kids are playing outside it's very easy to hear and get disturbed. The blinds for the window to the hallway are a bit broken so people can see into the apartment if they look closely.

The apartment is okay for a budget stay. Location is bit outside the central Nairobi. The swimming pool is nice and the kitchen has almost everything one needs.

The sofa are bit old and dirty, and the apartment needs a bit of maintenance, loose screws in the bathroom, etc.

Very comfortable apartment. Centrally located near Nairobi CBD but hidden in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean apartment and the building is clean too. Very well priced for what you get.
